Only possible in dry weather. In case of bad weather, it is possible to carry out the tasting at an alternative place in Spitz or Weißenkirchen.
In the traditional wooden boats of the Wachau, the ‘Zille’, we offer an introduction in the Wachau wine world and its history; we give an explanation of the vineyard locations and their characteristics with a commented wine tasting during the boat ride.

In detail: The apricot has diverse types of processing. Wachaupur offers the option to taste the different types of refinement: from brandy and liquor, jam, chocolate, apricot seed oil to coated apricot seeds, many different production types of this typical regional fruit are presented.
